works perfect every time.
I ordered this product not know much about it. I love it though, it works great. You get smooth cuts in no time at all. The only problem is that it is a little loud.
This one actually works
This is the first cordless clipper I've used which actually cuts hair. I've tried other big-name products, and the results are always the same: they stop dead as soon as they get into thicker hair. If they had simply slowed down a bit, it would have been annoying but livable. You can imagine where these other products ended up.
The Andis is able to handle everything I can give it without a noticeable decrease in cutting speed. It's just as strong at the end of the cut as it was in the beginning. As a plus, it uses NiMH batteries, which, in my view, are superior (and more environmentally friendly) to the older NiCADs.

Clean close cut and no irritation!
These clippers are by far the best I've used. They cut so close and without any pain or irritation. Normally clippers scrape my skin causing irritation. Without a doubt, if you're in the market for new clippers ... Buy them!
marvelous
i bought these trimmers a couple of weeks ago, and compared to everything else ive used on my face for a close cut, these definitely are the best. especially for the mustache and outlining the forehead and neck.

very badly made
This thing broke during the third time I was using it. I was very disappointed. The material seems to be cheap and poorly manufactured. I bought the Wahl 79900 after this and it's so much better. It costs $10 more but it is worth it.

I am a hair stylist. I am a hair stylist of my own~! he he he. Why pay $10 to get a hair cut every two weeks when you can have the same job done right at your home using the same or better equipment such as this one~!? This is my 5th Clipper and no more shopping around. It is light, quiet, cut smooth and accurately. The best clipper I have ever had no doubt. I use this clipper to cut my hair, trim, and take care of goatee design like a pro. Everyone ask me where I get it done, I tell them HOME for FREE~! I bought it brand new from a Barbar shop where they had an extra set and gave me a great deal for it. She was so sweet and kind gave me for $20. I invited her to my home for a dinner and whatnot. She comes over often now, I get a free tips and lesson on how to groom myself and more~!

Professional quality hair clippers at a reasonable price
Nice construction, high powered blades, great price, would recommend highly. Professional quality at amateur cost.
Very nice
Before I bought these clippers I had been using a cheaper, battery powered set that would sometimes have trouble cutting through my hair, especially when the batteries started to get low. These clippers are much nicer- they go through hair without trouble, and since they plug in there's no worry about batteries getting low.
The other nice thing about this particular set compared with similar products is that it comes with what you need (different length guards, cleaning brush, oil), but not a lot of junk that you don't, like plastic capes, combs, scissors, DVDs, etc..
Once the guard is snapped on, you can use the lever to smoothly adjust the length of the cut, allowing cuts from 1/32" to 1 1/4".
My only complaint is that the clippers can get pretty hot after using them for an extended period of time.
A little dissapointing
I read a lot of good reviews about this product before I bought it. It cut pretty well, but it got so hot it was burning my son's scalp.

Wonderful product

Worked as expected
I have an old pair of Andis electric clippers and the plastic guards that came with the clippers have become loose and will not stay on the blade. I bought these to replace them and they work great. The metal tab that locks them onto the blade appears to be very sturdy and I don't foresee them becoming loose at all ever. Good product.

Good dog clippers
7pc Pro Pet Animal Clipper Kit Model 21420
I have a standard poodle and purchased the Andis Clipper to eliminate costly grooming and it has. I have used the clipper twice and am very pleased with it. It runs quietly and as long as your dog has no mats or knots, it will clip quickly. The only real problem I have is with the comb attachments; they tend to come off during use. For the price this is probably the best clipper around.
Good clippers for my little furry Maltipoo!
I'd previously purchased a cheaper pair of clippers off Ebay. Those just didn't "cut it", literally!! After researching dog clippers, I decided on the Andis brand and glad that I did! For home grooming, these clippers work good and get the job done. Would recommend these most definitely!
Great for a beginner
I love these clippers, this is my first experience trimming my own Bichon Frise/Poodle. The clippers work very well, and they are really quite, which is helpful, since she is a little nervous with me doing the clipping! I have only used them a handful of times, but so far, I love them. They are saving me a $30.00 trim every month.
